How it Works...
1st: Pick the play or plays that you want to book.
2nd: Call us or drop us e-mail to discus dates and times.
3rd: Complete the booking form, the terms and conditions form and the performance area indicator and return them to us by post or email.
4th: We will send you a confirmation certificate and a invoice for 50% of the total cost of performance(s) you have booked as deposit.
5th: Once we receive your deposit cheque, we will send you a copy of the educational materials and resources that support the performance(s) you have booked.
6th: One of our teams’ of actors and facilitators will arrive at your school approximately forty-five minutes before the performance begins, to “set up”.
7th: One of the facilitators will introduce the performance.
8th: The performance will begin and will last for either 40 or 50 minutes (as stipulated)
9th: After the performance the facilitator will lead a question and answer session enabling the pupils/young people to ask the different characters questions about their motives and perhaps to ask the actors questions and seek advice about becoming actors them selves.
10th: One of the facilitators will distribute simple questionnaires to both pupils/young people and staff and after completion, will collect them in.
11th Our data analyst will then collate the information gathered from the questionnaires to compile a report using text and graphs.
12th: This information, together with an invoice for the outstanding performance(s) will be sent to you with in five working days.
13th: We are sure you will be satisfied with our services and look forward to you booking us again!
