1st: Pick the play or plays that you want to book.

2nd: Call us or drop us an e-mail to discuss dates and times.

3rd: We will send you out a booking form, our terms and conditions and a performance area indicator.

4th: Complete the forms and send them back to us.

5th: We will send you a confirmation certificate and in invoice for 50% of the total cost of the performance(s) you have booked as deposit.

6th: Once we receive your deposit we will send you a copy of the educational materials and resources that support the performance(s) you have booked.

7th: You will receive a conformation phone call from one of the operations team the day before your performance. You will also be given the name of your “Actor In Charge” and the name of your Facilitator for the performance.

8th: One of our teams’ of actors and facilitators will arrive at your school approximately forty-five minutes before the performance begins, to set up.

9th: Your facilitator will introduce the performance.

10th: The actual performance will begin and will last for either 40 or 50 minutes (as stipulated).

11th: After the performance the facilitator will lead a question and answer session enabling the pupils/young people to ask the different characters questions about their motives and perhaps “what happened next?”

12th: The facilitators will distribute simple questionnaires to both pupils/young people and staff and after completion, will collect them in.

The whole session will last for one hour in total.

13th: Our data analyst will then collate the information gathered from the questionnaires to compile a report using text and graphs.  

14th: This information, together with an invoice for the outstanding amount will be sent to you within five working days of the performance.
