Our Behavioural Support Training for Staff...

Open The Door TIE has a tried and tested record of excellence in providing behavioural support training for teachers, lecturers, support staff and carers. Employing only highly qualified and experienced facilitators and using Open the Door’s trademark fun, fresh and fearless style we offer real solutions to real problems. Providing both theoretical and practical knowledge Open the Door uses a unique scenario and role play approach - we put your staff in real life situations then equip them with the skills to not only manage but conquer any classroom struggles.

Requirements

Our facilitator will require access to a projector (for Powerpoint presentations,) and a room large enough for all of the participants to move around in, with enough chairs for everyone to be seated.

Arrangements can be made to hold the training day at suitable venues other than your place of work for an additional charge.
This is a practical session in which participants will be required to role-play situations, therefore they should wear clothes and shoes suitable for this purpose.

Cost:   £1050 per day (Usually six hours 9.30 – 4.30 excluding one hour for lunch).
